105 million trees are cut down around the world each year to supply Americans with books and magazines. We decided to keep this publication digital to not be part of that problem, plus it allows us to take a multimedia approach with the addition of videos as well.
How do I get a refund?
Since the Journal is a digital product and can’t be returned, we rarely give refunds. However, if your subscription renewed unexpectedly, you may be entitled to one.
Do you offer installment payments?
No. Since the Journal is a digital product, we can not offer installment payments.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! When you are on the home page, just click the “Gift Cards” link and make sure to add the recipient’s email address in the “To” field.
How will I know when my subscription is due to renew?
You will get an email a week prior and a day prior to your subscription renewal date.
What if I do not want my subscription to renew?
Go to Account & Billing (can be accessed where your name is in the top right hand corner), Subscription Details, then click “View” and you will see under Actions the option to Cancel or not Auto Renew.
What if I need to update my payment information?
Go Account & Billing (can be accessed where your name is in the top right hand corner), Subsciption Details, then click “View” You will then see the option to Change Payment.
Can I update my notification preferences in my newsfeed?
Yes! Go to the top right-hand corner where your name is and click on Notification Preferences. There, you can choose which notifications to receive across all your devices.
How often is the Journal published?
Quarterly.
