Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only.
After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed instantly but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
The Journal of Wildlife Photography reserves the unilateral right and discretion to add, delete, or alter any magazine issue, article, video, or any form of content produced for and disseminated to its members, at any time and without prior notice.
Subscriptions and Memberships
If you purchase an Annual or Annual Plus+ subscription, your membership will automatically renew 12 months to the day and time of your purchase.Customers will receive two renewal emails and must manually cancel the subscription via account profile.
A “Lifetime” Membership shall be construed to mean the duration for which the company remains in operational existence, rather than the lifespan of the customer.The company does not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the longevity or continued operational status of the company for any specific time period. As such, it is the member’s responsibility to download all purchased content.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or accessed online, we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded, consumed, or viewed our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
If you have successfully logged in and visited the “Video Library”, “Dashboard”, “eBooks” or “My Account” page/s, or entered a photo into any contest, you will not qualify for a refund.
Additionally, if you have purchased a course from us, a refund will not be issued if you have consumed 10 modules or more.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
You must cancel your subscription though your dashboard, 24-hours prior it automatically renews or we cannot guarantee successful cancellation. We will refund renewals on a case by case bases.
All cancellations and refund requests must go through our support team here: Open Support Ticket. Our marketing email addresses are not monitory and requests through any other email address other than the support email will not be honored.
